The Agency

Pav Agency was born from the desire to give greater visibility to students who have reached a truly professional level of acting skills. Our journey with self-tape and in-person audition coaching began in 2018 and evolved, from 2022 onward, into a daily and structured practice that has shaped and prepared countless auditions over the years. Concrete achievements mark our path: we coached young Andrea Condè, cast as the lead in “Come far litigare mamma e papà”, Lara Chiodini, who secured a co-starring role in an episode of the hit series “DOC – Nelle tue mani”, and Matteo Maiolani, currently working on the set of a Sky production international series.
Along with numerous callbacks and final rounds reached by our students, these results reflect our steady growth and solid professional training. Since 2020, our masterclasses with some of the most prominent casting directors in Italian cinema have further strengthened our ability to identify, refine, and expand the tools actors need to grow and thrive, hosting names such Stefania Rodà (David di Donatello winner in 2025) and Anna Pennella (David di Donatello finalist in 2025).
Moreover, several of our students possess a high or excellent command of English, alongside with additional foreign languages, making them valid candidates for international productions and roles that require advanced language skills. Our agency offers an environment where talent can evolve naturally and powerfully, combining representation with continuous training and audition preparation to support each actor’s path toward excellence.
